How cool!? Help us congratulate our Hey Westminster November grant winner, Collision Course!
Tony and Ashley Gerald recently opened their new restaurant on Main Street. As Ashley says, “we are two people with big dreams, big plans!” The HW gift will go towards their catering kitchen which will support the food truck. Ashley goes on to say, “This kitchen is definitely a “pivot” project – we discovered our kitchen in our Main Street restaurant isn’t quite big enough and with the proper procedures and documentation, we will also be able to supply extra product for the restaurant. It will be a major factor in growing our business. We’ll be able to hire a project manager to handle the development while we run our other locations.”
