HSP Family Shelter Mural: April, 2026 grant recipient from Hey Westminster

Hey Westminster is proud to help fund and share this meaningful public art project for the new family homeless shelter in Westminster for Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. ! Through this HW grant, and community support, talented local artists created uplifting murals designed to inspire hope, healing, dignity, and belonging for families experiencing housing insecurity.
This project is a beautiful example of how community partnerships and the arts can transform shared spaces into places of encouragement and connection. We can’t wait to hear more how these murals bring warmth and hope to families served by Human Service Programs of Westminster!
